Rx 580 Hdmi No Signal

Hi Im new to PC building and I recently purchased an RX 580 to upgrade a system I currently have. I crashed 20m in game with the disabled IGPU.

When using the same monitors connected to DP0 and DP1 ports I have no issues.

So I built my pc 2 days ago and finally finished but when I plugged in hdmi to gpu and monitor nothing shows up it just says no signal I thought it was my cpu or ram but nothing any ideas. And when ready turn ON the PSU again and then power ON your computer once more. Was able to finish the game without losing HDMI signal.

Then push power 3 time and stop when fans stop twitching now the PC is safe to work on and not blow up 300 mobo or 300 cards. Hopefully the updated non-conflicted driver works out and allows. So far so good if I now connect my monitor there is no signal detected.
